Pricing

inTuator pricing is based on the number of Business Areas (BAs) that you choose to purchase and is licensed to each iSeries CPU. There are no seat charges nor is it iSeries model / tier specific!

Maintenance services beyond the norm 

Maintenance services, subject to RLF payment, include valuable features beyond what you normally expect: 

1. Any modifications that are needed to standard inSets to accommodate your own enhancements to Infor XA or are necessary to reflect your operational usage of Infor XA will be undertaken as part of the maintenance services. You will not incur additional implementation costs if changes to the standard inSets we supply are needed to enable them to work in your Infor XA environment. 
2. All inSet updates applicable to the Business Areas purchased will be available to you. 
3. All inTuator software updates. 
4. Access to all training and support multimedia available from our web site, notably our JuMPs (Jacana Multi-media Presentations). 
5. Access to and use of our web-based Discussion Forum to interact with inTuator users from other organizations. 
6. Entitlement to an annual electronic inTuator product Healthcheck to verify that you are optimizing your investment in inTuator. 
7. And of course software support!

Are there any additional implementation or consulting costs?

We may make a charge for creating any non-standard inSets that you require. If these are related to your Infor XA application we will commit to undertaking this effort for no more than US$ 950 per inSet. For any non-Infor XA application we would need to review your requirements and provide a formal quotation.
