Aspect
Computing, Hewlett-Packard Australia and Momentum Utilities join
forces to provide an IBM iSeries electronic forms and
printer package
15th
October 2001 --- Sydney
Australia: Aspect Computing, Hewlett-Packard Australia and
Momentum Utilities, today announced the launch of an electronic
forms solution to IBM iSeries users in Australia. The
solution packages Momentum's electronic forms software,
JacanaForms, with HP LaserJet printers to provide a total eforms
solution, delivered by Aspect.
The bundled deal
provides customers with an easy, risk free purchase. Ordering the
basic package comprising JacanaForms and HP LaserJet printer(s),
the client receives a complimentary analysis service to determine
their exact requirements. The client is then provided with a fixed
price quote for conversion of their pre-printed stationery to
electronic forms. At this point, knowing there will be no
surprises, the client can move forward with confidence.
Frank Tidswell GM for
Asia Pacific and Alliances at Momentum Utilities comments "We
are all on the lookout for ways to increase efficiency and
decrease expenditure. At a time when costs are under close
examination what's better than offering clients a packaged
solution that allows them to cut costs and improve efficiency at
the same time. By working with Aspect and HP we are bringing
together three key players who can deliver a cost saving solution.
We have been working with HP for several years as a peripherals
and printing development partner and have been marketing
successfully with Aspect since they started distributing our
products. This was the natural progression of those
relationships."
"The value
proposition, which is centred around reducing overall costs of
output in a variety of forms, presents some compelling reasons to
review the packaged solution", said Nick Bishara, Aspect's
Business Unit Manager for Hardware and Technical Services.
Geoff Crozier, Imaging
and Printing Solutions Manager for Hewlett-Packard Australia,
comments that "the majority of business systems culminate in
the production of pro-forma printed pages for customers and supply
chain partners. This initiative brings together a powerful
solution that promises to lower the cost of producing such
documentation, and increase organisational efficiencies".
