Web access to PTF's provide the latest fixes as
you need them

October 21st, 1999 --- Momentum Utilities Pty Ltd, Sydney, is pleased to announce the introduction of a new service for our OPEN/DB and S/RW (formerly Synon/RW) customers as a standard part of our maintenance service. Currently, PTFs are delivered either via tape or via e-mail. However, all customers with current maintenance contracts will shortly be given the option to access a secure part of our web site www.jacana.com from which PTFs can be selected and downloaded.

You will therefore have access to the latest PTFs as soon as they are available!

Entry to the PTF area can be accessed from the Support section of our web site and is password protected. Passwords must be obtained through Momentum or its authorized OPEN/DB and S/RW distributors.

Printable user instructions provide guidance on the PTF installation process.

PTFs for all Momentum products will be available: OPEN/DB-Jacana-Valet, JacanaForms and ValetMiner. Future expansion to this area is planned to include FAQs and Tips & Techniques.
